Grant is a passionate and detail-oriented CPA with eight years of experience in the real estate industry. Grant's unique skillset allows him to serve as an advisor in each step of financial transactions and serve our clientele from tenant to investor.
My experience
Previously working as a bookkeeping manager with a fintech startup, APM Help, Grant managed the financial reporting for ten different property management and real estate development companies with total balance sheet assets >$200M. This experience allowed him to become an expert in industry software and implementing successful accounting workflow. His prior experience also includes working in public accounting where he prepared partnership and personal returns, as well as auditing large insurance companies with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
