The Goddard School

This project marks the first of five planned Goddard School developments through a joint venture between Ellsworth Equities and Forefront Development, in partnership with one of the nation’s top-performing franchisees. Located in South Florida, these high-end early education centers are designed to serve affluent communities with a strong focus on academic curriculum beginning as early as age three. Unlike traditional daycares, the schools emphasize structured learning environments and quality design. Ellsworth’s role in the venture underscores its expansion into programmatic development with long-term partners and strategic markets.
