About me

Al is a Managing Principal of Ellsworth Equities with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate investing, real estate deal analysis/assembly, technology venture capital and entrepreneurship.

Al is currently a Principal of several large projects (>$200MM) and responsible for procuring capital (equity and debt) for new projects, investor relations, asset management, property management and business development.

Additionally, Al has served as a Board Member for several private companies in the medical technology space and continues to serve as an advisor to both private and large public companies.

He earned a Doctorate in Chemical/Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University with an emphasis on structured finance.
