The Edison – Rockwell Park

The Edison is a 200,000 square foot commercial building at Rockwell Park, offering a mix of creative workspace and office environments for tenants of all sizes. The building has been thoughtfully restored, with all new windows installed while preserving its original character. It supports a wide range of businesses, from independent artists and entrepreneurs to larger corporate tenants. Renowned artists including Jim Pollock and Pittsburgh-based sculptor Dan Droz are based here, along with many others, making the Edison a hub of creative and commercial energy.
