Like our earlier work with Bank of America, this was about more than just a lease—it was about reinforcing the neighborhood with high-quality, credit tenants that bring services and activity to the corridor. Positioned right next to CUBE—a flexible, amenity-rich space for early-stage companies—Xfinity adds balance to the mix and supports the long-term viability of the district. It’s a continuation of our approach: incremental, strategic investment in places we believe in.
