The Rockwell – Rockwell Park

The Rockwell is a 325,000 square foot industrial building located on the upper campus of Rockwell Park. Originally home to Rockwell International, the space carries forward its legacy of innovation and production. Today, it supports advanced manufacturing, R&D, and lab uses for a range of high-tech tenants— including companies producing components for the space program and other specialized industries. With flexible infrastructure and a history rooted in engineering and aerospace, The Rockwell remains a cornerstone of the campus and a home for next-generation manufacturing.
